When summer heat pushes past 100°, we plant proven heat-tolerant varieties like zinnias, marigolds, vinca, and gomphrena that hold their color without constant intervention. When the season turns, we rotate in fall performers — mums, ornamental kale, pansies, and dianthus — keeping your property sharp well into November. Between rotations, our bed maintenance service handles deadheading, weeding, mulch refresh, and irrigation adjustments so nothing slips between visits. For HOA boards, property managers, and commercial accounts, we run full-year color programs on a defined schedule — consistent, reliable, and always on time.
